Hi, I’m Kristi! Licensed Esthetician and owner of Kristi Jacklyn Esthetics.
If you’re looking for more than just a skincare appointment, you’re in the right place. With 7 years of hands-on experience and a deep love for what I do, I’m here to create a space where you can relax, feel taken care of, and see real changes in your skin over time.
I specialize in skin concerns such as acne, hyperpigmentation, barrier repair, and age management. My customized treatments blend results-driven techniques with relaxing, restorative care. My path into esthetics began primarily because of my own skin struggles. From my teen years through my mid-twenties, I battled constant breakouts, flaky skin, and persistent redness. This experience sparked a deep curiosity about how skin truly functions, eventually leading me to pursue a career in esthetics.
Once I started my career, I quickly fell in love with two key aspects of my work: creating deeply relaxing treatments that help clients reset and feel genuinely cared for, and guiding them toward real results through personalized treatment plans.
My personal journey continues to influence the way I support my clients today. I understand firsthand the frustration of not knowing what to do - trying endless skincare advice that only seems to make things worse, and feeling like nothing will ever help.
Over the last seven years, I’ve honed my skills through advanced education and hands-on experience, and I take pride in offering personalized, effective care with a down-to-earth touch.

I’ve had three facials from Kristi and feel so grateful to have found her! I have been seeing kristi for almost two years and I can't say enough amazing things about her. not only has she done wonderful things for my skin and recommended great products but she is just a good person to be around all together. she makes me feel so comfortable and welcome and goes above and beyond to make sure you're getting the results you want for your skin. i could go on forever but i think you get the point. she's great and you won't regret it!!
I absolutely loved meeting and learning about skincare from Kristi!!! Her knowledge and professionalism is unmatched. I initially went in to purchase a product I had read about, and she immediately ensured I was purchasing products that would benefit me, instead of just selling it to me and going along with her day. I ended up leaving with products that were much more suitable for my sensitive and melanated skin. Kristi is phenomenal. She did an amazing job with my extractions (never had better results). I usually have a hard time relaxing during facials but I think I even fell asleep for a little bit. Highly recommend.

Credit Card Policy
A credit card is required to be put on file prior to booking an appointment. Having a card on file ensures commitment to your appointment and serves as a payment method in case of a last-minute cancellation or no-showed appointment. There will be no charge to the card upon booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment date/time with no late cancellation fee. All cancellations and reschedules must be done through the online booking platform by clicking the “Manage Appointment” link in your confirmation email and/or text. Any cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service amount. If the fee is not paid, all future appointments will be canceled, and no new appointments will be made until the balance is paid in full.
If you are feeling unwell, showing any symptoms of a contagious illness (such as cold, flu, COVID-19, or other transmissible infection), or have recently been exposed to someone with a contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. While the 48-hour policy still applies, we understand that illness can arise unexpectedly and will address these situations on a case-by-case basis.

If an appointment is “No-Showed” (not showing up to a scheduled appointment), there will be a charge of 50% of the service amount. If the fee is not paid, all future appointments will be canceled and no new appointments will be made until paid in full.

In the event you are running late to an appointment, please text (916) 955-3718 and let us know. The time missed due to a late arrival will be deducted from the service time and the treatment may need to be altered without discounting the price of original service booked. Anything over 15 minutes late is considered a “No-Show” and at this point, the treatment may not be performed and will result in a charge of 50% of the service amount.

Return Policy
Refunds are not available on products, gift cards, or services.
Products may be exchanged within 3 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, item(s) must be in the same condition as received - unused, unopened, in the original packaging, and free from any damage. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To request an exchange, please text (916) 955-3718. You will receive instructions for dropping off your product(s) with the studio managers at the front desk. Products dropped off without prior approval may not be accepted for exchange.
After inspection, if a product meets the exchange requirements, a store credit will be applied to your account. Store credit must be used toward another retail product within 7 days of issuance.
If a product does not meet the exchange requirements, you will be notified and may pick it up from the studio within 30 days. Products not picked up within 30 days will be considered abandoned and may be discarded.

Kristi Jacklyn Esthetics is located at 1917 Douglas Boulevard, Suite #89, Roseville, CA 95661, inside W Salon Suites. Upon entering the main entrance, proceed straight ahead through the wide hallway to the waiting area. On the morning of your appointment, you will receive a text message instructing you to reply "Here" once you are in the waiting area to check in. After checking in, please take a seat. Complimentary water, fresh-ground coffee beverages, and tea are available in the waiting area.

APPOINTMENT CHANGE POLICY
Changes to the length or type of service must be made at least 48 hours in advance. If this change is made within 48 hours of the appointment or upon arrival, you will be charged for the new service plus 50% of the difference in cost for the originally reserved time.

FREQUENT CANCELLATIONs & RESCHEDULING
Repeated cancellations or reschedules will require a non-refundable time retainer to secure future appointments. Each client is allowed up to three cancellations or reschedules (with proper notice) within a 12-month period. After the third, a $50 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit will be required to reserve future appointments. This deposit will be applied toward the scheduled appointment as long as it is not rescheduled or canceled. If the appointment is rescheduled or canceled for any reason, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook. If the cancellation or reschedule is done with less than 48 hours’ notice, both the deposit will be forfeited and the 50% late cancellation fee will apply.

Hiii! I’m currently on maternity leave & planning to return Wednesday, January 13th.
If you’d like to book your next treatment for when I’m back, you can do so anytime using the “BOOK” button.
In the meantime, if you need to restock your skincare products, you can shop anytime using the “SHOP” button. Please keep in mind that product orders may take a week or so to be ready for pickup while I’m on leave.
